Solar Symphony is part of a contracting family that has been serving Californians for over 40 years. Aaron Eriksson grew up in San Diego contracting with his dad and eventually went on to build large commercial construction projects. It was here that he met Solar Symphony co-founder Rob Smith. Rob also spent many years in professional construction management and together Rob and Aaron have managed almost a billion dollars' worth of construction projects.
Many of these projects were built for the U. S. military and were technically challenging with very demanding specifications and quality control requirements. It was this background in the design-build world of big commercial project management, where contracts were awarded based on best-value (meaning the highest quality at the lowest cost) that gave birth to Solar Symphony's business model for Solar Panel Installation in SoCal.
Aaron and Rob spent two decades learning and perfecting some of the most sophisticated cost and quality control systems and methodologies that industry has to offer.

In 2017 the most compelling values in solar are to be found in the commercial space.
There are two main reasons for this: economies of scale and two major tax incentives.
As the size of a solar installation increases the cost of the system on a per Watt or per panel basis goes down significantly.
These lower prices of course provide a much quicker return on investment and in general a more compelling value for the system owner.
In addition to the low prices, there are often hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions of dollars in avoided tax payments created by a commercial solar installation.

There are a lot of very exciting things happening right now in the residential solar space!
Technology improvements and innovations in recent decades have made today's solar much more powerful and efficient than it was even just five years ago.
We've also made great strides in reducing costs, which has made the economics of residential solar power very attractive.
In fact the deal is so compelling that some people believe it is a scam.
It is not scam (at least not when you're talking to Solar Symphony) it is simply the magic of technology.

Solar Symphony is a relatively small contractor.
Their very competitive pricing seems to reflect low overhead.
All the people I had contact with seemed to care about their company and the level of service they provided.
Great price.
Good quality installation.
Overall very pleased.
These people are fantastic!
Highly professional, competent service, with a teamwork approach that works well because they are a smaller up and coming company, that has grown out of a 30 yr. old electrical business.
Each phase of the process had someone whose specialty & responsiblilty it was to do their particular part, plus a contact person(s).
